Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and offer refunds for astronomy-themed posters under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days. We will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Non-Arrival: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery window, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order is dispatched.

  • Incorrect orders due to customer error (such as wrong item or address provided during checkout).

Steps to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: If you receive a damaged product or your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at astromaniacmag@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged goods, please provide clear photos of the damage.

  2. Processing Your Request: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:

    • Provide a full refund within 7 business days, or

    • Dispatch a replacement of your order.

2. Astrophotographers Spotlight Feature Fee

Non-Refundable Fee

The £45 fee paid for the Astrophotographers Spotlight feature is non-refundable once payment has been made. This is because the fee covers the services required to review, prepare, and feature your work on our website and social media platforms.

Exceptions

Refunds for the feature fee will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Your application was accepted but Astromaniac Magazine is unable to publish your feature for reasons beyond our control. But no refunds can be issues if you change your mind.

General Conditions

Timeframe for Claims

  • For damaged or non-arrival of physical goods, refund claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • For the Astrophotographers Spotlight feature fee, refund requests due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
